WWE has reportedly fired five superstars from their roster. Michael Tarver, Jacob Novak, Buck Dixon, Buddy Stretcher, and Ethan Levine have all been released. The former, of course, was part of the original NXT on SyFy, the Nexus last summer, and was recently shown on WWE television in backstage segments.
This past weekend, Tarver sent a cryptic message on Twitter, saying that he was changing his Twitter handle: “Hello everyone my name is Tyrone Evans (michael tarver) and I have changed me screen name to my real name,” he wrote. “michael tarver belongs to wwe TYRONE EVANS xB2.0x belongs to GOD and im about to ATTACK ,,,GOD HELP US ,,,,stay tuned……….”
Releases have been expected to take place within the company since WrestleMania 27 last month. Jacob Novak took part in NXT season 4 and, most recently, NXT: Redemption. He along with the latter three were all part of WWE’s Developmental league, Florida Championship Wrestling. Stay tuned for more here as we get it here at WrestleHeat.com.
