As noted before, Gregory Helms was found with a single soma pill in his bag when arrested with Chris Jericho. If Helms didn’t have a prescription for the drug like he claimed and even though the police aren’t charging him for it, WWE would be forced to suspend him for 60 days on his second Wellness violation. WWE’s current policy says that every prescription a wrestler has is supposed to be filed ahead of time with Dr. David Black.

According to Dave Meltzer of The Wrestling Observer, there were a few incorrect facts stated by TMZ regarding the Chris Jericho and Gregory Helms arrest situation that is literally making headlines everywhere. One key piece that broke today by TMZ is that Gregory Helms attacked not only a taxi driver and Chris Jericho, but a woman. According to our source, Helms never attacked this woman, Ashley Storer.

As noted earlier, Matt Hardy was among a group of people involved in yesterday’s early morning incident that led to the arrests of Chris Jericho and Gregory Helms. Witnesses told cops Hardy was in a taxi with Jericho, Helms and several others Wednesday morning when Helms allegedly struck three people — including one female. Witnesses say Hardy took off on foot — just like Helms allegedly did — when the cab driver pulled over at a Kentucky gas station and called 911.
