On Friday, WWE announced that they had released DH Smith, Melina, Chris Masters, and Vladimir Kozlov. In addition, Gail Kim announced that she had quit the company. Now, DH Smith has commented on his future now that he has been released: “Yup, Japan here I come! No more WWE, had a great time tho.” Smith wrote on his Facebook page.
It should be noted that the third generation star was once deemed by Executive Vice President of Talent Relations John Laurinaitis to be a future WrestleMania main eventer when he joined the company in 2006.
