Many are questioning how Gail Kim has already made her way to TNA Wrestling despite just recently being let go from WWE when the company typically gives its talent a 90-day no-compete clause to stop them from appearing on the competition. It appears that Kim, who made her debut at the Impact Wrestling tapings last night, didn’t have that specific clause in her contract.
As noted previously, Kim wanted to leave World Wrestling Entertainment on her own terms and asked management to release her out of her contract. WWE didn’t oblige and simply left her under contract until it expired a few weeks later. She reportedly had a disagreement with WWE management on the same night when she eliminated herself from a Divas Battle Royal Match on a live RAW broadcast. She later hilariously noted that management didn’t even noticed that she had eliminated herself from the match.
