This past Wednesday, current TNA Wrestling superstar Kurt Angle was sentenced Kurt Angle was sentenced for his reckless driving arrest back at the end of March. The hearing was scheduled for Tuesday but that was cancelled after the “Rule 43” criminal judgment was ruled on Friday due to Angle’s absence. Angle has been ordered by the state to get a chemical dependency evaluation, pay a $250 fine, $225 in court fees, and serve a year of unsupervised probation. The court suspended a 10-day jail sentence as well.
According to The Wrestling Observer, Jeff Jarrett’s ribs were examined by a doctor and they are not broken, as reported earlier this week in a tweet by Kurt Angle, but rather badly bruised. Jarrett didn’t wrestle at at the iMPACT! tapings on Tuesday (airing this past Thursday on Spike) but was involved in a physical angle with Kurt Angle.
