Last night at the Survivor Series pay-per-view, The Rock’s mother was sitting in the front row at Madison Square Garden in New York City.

The audience in attendance first saw a WrestleMania music video to open the broadcast prior to the live PPV broadcast went on the air.

As noted previously, Santino Marella defeated Jinder Mahal in a dark match in the first match of the evening for the live crowd. Before the match, Mahal cut a promo in Hundu as he made his way down the ramp. As seen during the live PPV telecast, there were early chants of “we want Ryder” from the NYC crowd. Santino ended up winning the match via the Cobra.

As seen during the main event, Betty Skaaland, the widow of the late Arnold Skaaland, was also at ringside at the show. John Cena greeted her during the last match of the night.
