When the news filtered through about the death of WWE legend “Macho Man” Randy Savage on Friday it shook the professional wrestling world to it’s core, leading performers & fans alike to pay their respects & tributes to one of the greats.
One of the main questions on everyone’s mind was what exactly happened to Randy. His brother Lanny Poffo revealed that he had suffered a heart attack while driving which resulted in him losing control of his vehicle and subsequently crashing into a tree.
The autopsy on the body of Randy Savage, however, has shown no “extensive trauma” to his body, according to TMZ. The official cause of death is still pending & results from a toxicology test could take upwards of six weeks to come back, which could shed more light onto Randy’s untimely death.
