Next Inductee Into The WWE Hall Of Fame Announced After RAW

“Bullet” Bob Armstrong, the patriarch of the Armstrong family, is the latest inductee to be announced for WWE’s Hall of Fame Class of 2011 (presented by THQ’s WWE All Stars, in stores March 29). The announcement was made on WWE.com instead of Raw, likely due to time constraints.

The current Hall of Fame class includes Shawn Michaels, “Hacksaw” Jim Duggan and Armstrong. Duggan will be inducted by “The Million Dollar Man” Ted DiBiase. Michaels and Armstrong’s inductors have yet to be announced.

Bob Armstrong was a key player in the history of wrestling and I’m happy for him. I highly doubt the WWE Universe as we know it will care though.

Derek, a lot of the fans of the WWE are too young to know anything of Bob but they do know about the Road Dogg. So lets hope that they’ve got some idea of where the Dogg learned some of those crazy moves of his.

Bob “Armstrong” couldn’t be a better choice for the HoF. He’s always shown respect for the crowd and fans after the matches unlike so many. He’s been a gentleman for as long as I’ve known him and as one who has practically raised his sons I can honestly say if I had a dad like him I’d be extremly lucky. He’s done a lot for both the business and for his work ethic. He doesn’t look like a man of 71 nor does he move like a man of 71. God bless you Dad. This is coming from one of your surrogate kids in South Alabama who loves and respects you more than you’ll ever know.
