Regarding an update on the status of Sin Cara, he is already being promoted for a live event in August 20th, which is two days after he comes back from his 30-day WWE suspension that he received on July 18th. As noted before, Cara has well-documented backstage heat on him stemming from the weeks leading up to his suspension, which you can read in its entirety here.

Zack Ryder and Alex Riley teamed up at a few of this weekend’s live events on the RAW brand, and lost to the Miz and R-Truth at a show in Rockford, Illinois on Saturday night. Before the match, R-Truth and the Miz played on Truth’s gimmick that they were going to take down the “Triple H-led conspiracy”.

WWE Hall of Famer Roddy Piper had the following to say regarding CM Punk during an interview with The Post & Courier‘s Mike Mooneyham: “He says what he felt. Imagine if we had people writing them (promos) back in the day. C.M. Punk has possibly struck a chord that maybe things have gotten mundane. I’m really proud of Punk. It’s great what he did, and good for them for letting him go with it.”
