John Cena claims he suffered a concussion on Raw during his bout against Alberto Del Rio or from The Miz’s multiple mic shots to the head during a post-match attack. “Sorry I have been away. Concussion on mon night from either del rio kick or mic shots. Took and passed IMPACT exam, rtg for fri!” Cena wrote on Twitter on Thursday. “Folks must take, and pass, post concussion in order to go back 2 work. I’m good and headed to CT.”

As previously reported, The Rock will be appearing live at the final WWE RAW before WrestleMania. Rock posted the following on his Facebook wall on Friday afternoon: “Get ready CHICAGO…The Rock is Bringin’ It and we’re “Puttin’ Our Boots to Candy Asses” LIVE on RAW and ELECTRIFYING THE WORLD…3/28/11.”

Oh yay Rock’s gonna make his second live appearance, oh joy. Asshole. It goes to show how close WWE comes to blowing everything. If Cena had a severe concussion how would WrestleMania be altered? I’m not looking forward to Cena winning the belt again, but that could very well ruin the show. It could perhaps open the door for a better match than watching Cena win again.
