TNA Impact Wrestling Rating Increases, Updated Slammiversary Card

The ratings for last night’s (5/26/2011) TNA Impact Wrestling broadcast, the second of which since the re-branding, scored a 1.19 cable rating last night with an average audience of 1.7 million viewers. The rating was up two tenths of a point from last week, up from the 1.17 last week. The show scored the same audience viewership as last week, too.

Following last night’s Impact Wrestling telecast, new matches were announced for the June 12th Slammiversary pay-per-view. Matches on the card include Kurt Angle vs Jeff Jarrett, Samoa Joe vs Crimson, Matt Morgan vs Scott Steiner, Mickie James vs Angelina Love for the TNA Knockout’s Championship, and Sting vs Mr. Anderson for the TNA World Championship. Slammiversary has long been considered one of the flagship pay-per-views for the company.
