Last night’s WWE RAW broadcast on the USA Network was down slightly from last week’s show. Last night’s telecast (12/5/11) drew 4.35 million viewers with a 1.65 demo among adults 18-49, that was down 3% from the 4.48 million that the show drew last week. Among young adults, the show was down 6% from last week’s 1.75.
Once again, the concerning trend of dipping throughout the broadcast continued this week with the first hour drawing 4.40 million viewers and then the second hour dropping to 4.30 million. The hour-to-hour dip wasn’t as drastic as the past few weeks, however. The demo actually grew from the first hour to second from a 1.6 to a 1.7, which is a positive that hasn’t been the case in the past few weeks.
Among households, the show drew a 2.97 rating, down from the 3.2 cable rating that it drew last week.
It should be noted that the rating dropped even against a lower rated Monday Night Football game. The game was down 34% in total viewers (14.42 million last week vs 9.47 million this week) and 32% in the demo (5.6 vs 3.8).
